How We Have Applied Our Experience
The client wished for a marketing program to be undertaken in 2003 and to lead to an all cash 2004 closing. The site while unzoned had already received considerable attention from the municipality and all development reports had been commissioned by the vendor. The unpriced proposal call lead to a successful conclusion due in part to the vendor’s ability and willingness to make available to prospective purchasers complete due diligence information prior to the offer submission deadline.
